Failure Analysis:
Investigation of in-service and hydrostatic test failures of pipe and pipeline components involving manufacturing defects, third-party damage, environmental cracking, internal/external corrosions and growth of defects by pressure-cycle-induced or vibration-induced fatigue.

Stress Analysis:
Calculated stress due to long-wall mining soil subsidence.

Test and Inspection Intervals:
Established hydrostatic test and in-line-inspection intervals for liquid pipelines to reduce the risk of pressure-cycle-induced fatigue failures.
