About UsKiefner and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1990 by John F. Kiefner upon his retirement from a 23-year career with Battelle. John saw the rising need for engineering and technical services on the part of pipeline operators and realized that a small, flexible consulting firm could help to fill that need. Over the years, the scope of services has increased, such that the company is able to offer many forms of useful consulting to pipeline operators. Our guiding principle is service to client. We have acquired the people and skills to provide high-quality assistance with pipeline integrity management. With our headquarters and materials testing facility in Ohio as well as consultants strategically located in satellite offices around the country, we are well positioned to deliver comprehensive analysis and quality results to our client companies on time and within budget.
