About UsKiefner and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1990 by John F. Kiefner upon his retirement from a 23-year career with Battelle. John saw the rising need for engineering and technical services on the part of pipeline operators and realized that a small, flexible consulting firm could help to fill that need. In ten years the company has grown to a dozen employees. Over the years, the scope of activities has increased, such that the company is able to offer many forms of useful consulting to pipeline operators. Our guiding principle is service to clients.
